Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. When an appointment is missed it hurts three—you, another patient in need of treatment and the practice. Our office reserves the right to apply a fee to appointments broken without a 24-hour notice. If we notice a pattern of missed scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to dismiss you from our practice.
